Cancellation Policy

*The cardholder acknowledges receipt of services for the amount indicated and agrees to pay the total shown, in accordance with the obligations set forth in the cardholder's agreement with the issuer. A $50 Fee will be charged to your debit-credit card or your account if notification of cancelation is not given 24 hours before scheduled appointment. NO REFUNDS *Once your credit card transaction is complete, a confirmation code will be sent to you via email or text message to verify your purchase. • We will send a confirmation 24hrs before the session. • If a client arrives late and the session starts after the scheduled time, the session will still end at the originally appointed time and be charged at the full price. * You can reschedule your appointment by leaving a message or sending a text to 619-734-5255 • If I need to cancel an appointment, I will do so within 24 hours. • If an emergency arises and I cannot keep an appointment, I provide a 100% refund. • Personal and Professional boundaries are respected and expected at all times. • For a better professional relationship, I do not socialize with my clients. • Privacy and confidentiality are maintained at all times. • SEXUAL HARASSMENT is not tolerated. • In the event of a medical emergency, the practitioner will contact emergency services. The client is responsible for any associated medical charges. • I have the right TO REFUSE SERVICE to anyone including but not limited to behaving improperly, intoxicated or if their health may influence the effects of the service. I understand that SPIRITUAL ENERGY THERAPY/YOGIC CEREMONIES/REIKI/ is a simple, gentle, hands-on/distant energy technique that is used for stress reduction and relaxation. I understand that the Spiritual Practitioners do not diagnose conditions, nor do they prescribe or perform medical treatment, prescribe substances, nor interfere with the treatment of a licensed medical professional. I understand that SPIRITUAL ENERGY THERAPY/YOGIC CEREMONIES/Reiki does not take the place of medical care. It is recommended that I see a licensed physician or licensed health care professional for any physical or psychological ailment I may have. I understand that SPIRITUAL ENERGY THERAPY/YOGI CEREMONIES/REIKI can complement any medical or psychological care I may be receiving.
